How to request deletion of your personal data
Revebe Digital Private Limited respects privacy rights and protects personal data per applicable laws. This policy explains deletion procedures for data linked to the Revebe POS System, website services, and integrations including the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta).
Some information may be retained for legal, accounting or regulatory purposes.
Users can request deletion by emailing support@revebe.com with "Data Deletion Request" as the subject line. Required information includes full name, account email address, business name (if applicable), phone number used with the service, and a description of the deletion request.
Revebe may verify requester identity before processing deletion by confirming the registered email address, confirming account ownership, and requesting additional verification details if necessary.
After verification, deletion requests are typically processed within 7–14 business days. Limited information may be retained per legal requirements.
Certain data may be retained for legitimate reasons including financial transaction records for accounting compliance, fraud prevention and security logs, legal obligations under regulations, and records for dispute resolution.
Message data processed through the WhatsApp Business Platform may be retained by Meta according to their policies. Requests regarding Meta-stored data may need direct submission to Meta's platforms.
For closed business accounts, Revebe may delete or anonymize stored data after a reasonable retention period, except where required for tax compliance, regulatory obligations or fraud prevention.
Revebe implements technical safeguards to ensure deleted data cannot be reconstructed or recovered once permanently removed.
Updates will be published to reflect legal or service changes.
